Plants growing on LR?

Can anyone tell me what this plantlife is that's growing on my LR?

How can I get rid of it? what will eat it?

It's sargassum.. Its all over mine, too and I'm going to tag along for a response, too.

Diadema urchins will certainly mow it down. I suspect other urchins would like to eat it too. Alternatively, I think you can pull it out pretty easily. Letting it grow will have a positive effect on your water quality.
