A customer bought this several months ago. I know it was healthy when it left the store, because it used to belong to me. She says all parameters are good{although I am asking her to post them}. It was fine when she left, it was split like this when she got home.

Oh no that isn't Amys is it? That's so weird looking its like something got ahold of a dremmel and broke it up when you weren't looking.

Is the skeleton really broken apart like the way it looks or is it the camera?

Yes, it's Amy's. And that's what I said, I can't think of anything except someone or something breaking it that would do this. Weird..

it looks like someone dropped a rock on it....
no water parameters are going to do that.
not even parasites can break apart the bone.
