Plate coral stinging Black Percula?

Hi Everyone.

Has anyone ever have there plate coral sting there clown? What by chance would that look like? I just moved this guy from quaintine so i know that it is not ick. He was fine and then i looked over and he was in the plate coral and then when he came out he has 2 white spots one above his eye and the other on his side. Any idea's?
