When breeding 2 platinums what percentage of offspring are platinum? Are the rest picasso?

great question and one that can only be answered by doing the experiment.
I believe its under a percent are platinum level fish, a group distributed in the middle will be picasso and the majority will be normal looking, but gene carriers (heterozygous).
So if you do the math correctly for every thousand offspring- maybe a handful of which 1 or two could be graded platinum
Guess you need to produce 10,000 offspring and see how many you get-
