playing around today and think i'm getting a bit better

Criticism Welcome, I think a lot of my shots get distorted from the tank being a bow front, and I have not had much success with a top down box yet and alot of my nicer corals are in the middle of the tank so harder to shot, but these were on the edge!

And I always love sharing so...

There shot with a Canon digital rebel XTi, stock 55 lens with homemade extension tube :lol:

Edwing I have to say the first shot of the galaxia is my fav as well!

Have a pic of the extension tubes? I just bought some for my Nikon but haven't really got to use them all that much.

i can get a pic later but i'll tell you what i did.

I took the bottom lens cover from my lens, and then the cover from the camera. cut a whole in them both and glued them together it didn't give me a really long tube but it shortened my focal range drastically and really improved my "closeness" to the image. and it didn't cost me a thing :lol:
