Playsand in Bay Area?

I am looking for the proper or recommend playsand for a remote DSB? I know one is quikrete "commercial grade" and it looks nice and white too. But I cannot find this in Lowes or home depot. What they have looks kind of rough and unpure and I am not sure I want to put it in my system.

I have an unopened 50 pound bag sitting in my garage that I was going to use for a remote DSB but never got around to. I'm moving soon so I was going to throw it out. You can have it if you want.

Ocean Aquarium on Cedar street in san francisco has prewashed sand...I got sand from him for my planted freshwater tank. I forgot how much is costs though
