I placed a wrong order a while back for a ballast, (cost $349.99), when I realized it was the wrong kind, it was too late to cancel, which sucks... So I called you guys the next day and cancelled the shipping, you said you will charge 10% anyways. which is $35. I am looking at my credit cards statement, your initial charge was - $376.39, of which $26.40 was for shipping, and your issued credit was $314.99.

Are you going to charge shipping for something that never got shipped? Or is that an innocent mistake? Can you explain, thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for your post, I apologize for the confusion, it looks as if a mistake might have been made, if you would PM or email me your original order number I would be more than happy to further look into the situation for you and refund you any credit that is due.

Hello,

Thanks for the PM I recieved it and, yes it does look like it was an honest mistake, I sent a request to my accounting team to refund you the shipping charges of 26.40 back to the credit card, it may take up to 7 business days for it to show on your online statement, depending on your card company. I apologize for the misunderstanding, please let me know if you have any further questions
