Please Help 2 x Tunze 6100 with 7095 position in 120 galloon B.B. Tank

My 120 gallon tank I'm suffering from sludges which don't overflow over the overflow box.

My B.B. tank is 60Cm height....

I want to know where I position the pumps and
What is the recommended shape of rocks for the water
flow...

I would try Interval 2 mode with one pump in each corner aimed to the front center. On the one side the pump would be in front of the overflow but that should be OK.
