Please Help: Anemone Shrimp Has Worm Crawling In His Head

Today I noticed a small fat yellow worm in my white spot anemone shrimp's head. It looks as if it is crawling similar to the movement a caterpillar makes. If anyone knows what this is or how to help the shrimp please let me know. ty much

Is this worm always present or was it just hanging out for a while? Is your shrimp eating regularly?

It seems to disappear for periods of time. The shrimp seems to be eating properly.
