please help I need a camera

I am a senior in high school and am taking photo. Well I got my dads camera, but it doesnt work any more and I really can't afford a new one. I'm sure alot of you have some manual cameras in the attic would anyone like to sell me one? I need one that is manual though. It would be nice if it had an slr on it too.

I have a Nikon SLR N6006 it is a great camera that I would be willing to part with. It can also be set to full Manual. Do you need a lens or just the body? Shoot me a pm if interested
