There is no vote when it come to ID anemone (or any topic on the Internet). Either you got it correct or you don't. Majority opinion does not make the ID correct. Everyone has an opinion. You just need to develop a sense of who know what they talking about and who doesn't. Just because someone is an 'expert' doesn't mean that he or she cannot be wrong. Hopefully, after you are on this board for a while, those that you consider experts are much more likely to be right than wrong.
 
E. quad was my first reaction but the radiating lines near the mouth and the attachment point made me question if it might be H. crispa.

See if you can get it to recover a little and post another pic. I would try lower lighting for a while. That tank did not look particularly bright, so you may be OK with what you have. In the mean time I would feed it very small bits of food frequently. Things like cyclopeeze, blended shrimp or krill or other blended seafoods.
