It's really up to you. I would say leave it. It might spread all over the rock. I have one rock in ny tank with something simliar on it. Hadn't spread on new rock and it loses the battle with any coral I put next to it so I am not worried about it. To kill it. Just let rock dry for a day or soak in rodi water. But this will kill your whole rock and the dye off might pollute your tank if added right back in
You could remove it and frag it to give out. Just a type of polyp coral and the fact that it is growing is a good sign. No need to kill it as it is going to create more work for you to cure the rock again and this process does not happen in a week. It takes months once you kill live rock to cure it again.
You could just smother them with some epoxy. If the rock can be removed though a wire brush will make short work of those polyps, but just make sure to do this in a separate container of water. Discard this when your done.
