Please help ID worm?

I noticed in my sand bed a bunch of tentacles coming out. It was a small bunch, maybe 10 or so but they seem to be reaching out for food.

Hopefully it's harmless, but it's just looked parasitic so I sucked it out with a turkey baster. Anyone know what this is and should i worry?
