Their definitely not Radioactive Dragon Eyes as i have both Radioactive Dragon Eye and Ultra Radioactive Dragon Eye.
To me these truly resemble to the Ultra Radioactive D.E as they have a nice green center with blue rim and same color skirt.
Some better clearer pics would help as blues are dominating in your pics and making it hard to see the actual color to the zoa. Once we get a better pic it would help to identify.
