My Ltas tentacles were never that short and fat..so thats why it is hard to tell what it is by just looking at the foot..I don't remember the verrucae going down that far on a lta either. With the look of some of the tentacles it could even be a malu.
 
Ive seen purple LTA with short fat tentacles in LFS's. This was most likely due to starvation/other environmental factors. The reddish foot leads me to believe its an LTA, as well as the verrucae. A top view would indeed be helpful for id purposes.
 
that is a LTA. It may not be fully inflated yet but that is what it is. Does it have any striated lines radiating from the oral disc? This is a tell tale sign of LTA anemones.
