Please help identify what it may be and possible treatment options

The flame wrasse has white fuzzy cotton like growth/appearance on its fins.

I can't seem to find a comparable image online.
What is it and what are the best treatment options?

could be lymphnosis.....Not sure how to spell that. But if thats what it is keep the water quality good and it will go away on its own.
