I have been gettin small red parasites i think please help me identify n a way to eliminate them

It looks like flatworms to me. Melev's site has some nice instructions on how to get rid of them using sailfert flatworm exit that worked well for me: http://www.melevsreef.com/flatworms.html

Definately flatworms, make sure your vacuum as much as you can before you threat with Flatworm Exit...
