Please help lighting a carpet tank

120 gallon 48"x24"x24" gallon

Planned (non-fish) livestock: Haddoni carpet, chalice, favia, my susnset mili colony and my purple stylo (mini) colony, and photosynthetic gorgs.

Lighting options on the table:

36" 6 bulb ATI Sunpower + LED light strip (on morning and evenings). I already own the light strip.

or

2 x Kessil A350W + LED strip

The carpet is the absolute most important piece of the puzzle and I want to keep it healthy for many years to come.

Hi Graham,

I run 2 160 maxspect razor on my 48x30x20 Haddoni clownfish tank. My Haddonie's and I love this light. I have 4 150 kessel on my other tank and while the are good. the don't hold a candle to the razors. You should check them out.

Going on 2 yrs. they are this tank's original lights. Razors will soon be replacing my kessils on my other tank

Excellent, thanks for letting me know about these. I already looked into them it seems like they have some nice features.

I was overall concerned about LEDs over the nem so I'm glad you have had success.
