Please help me identify disease in Hippo tang

I treated this hippo with TTM + Prazi since he was on a ich infested tank, then I moved it to my 80 g Observation tank ( permanent cycled tank). I had some other fish in the observation tank, and a kole eye started fighting with him, so I placed a separator in tank to avoid fights. Then I noticed white spots in skin. Can you please tell me what is it and how to treat it??
