!85 gallon tank, 100 gallon sump
After ten years of accumulating every pest this hobby has to offer, I decided to remove old rock and replace with a new sand bed (was barebottom before) and dead rock. I though that the extra live rock i had in the sump would prevent any ammonia spike but Iguess Iwas wrong. After a few weeks some of my 15 very healthy fish perished. But many did not. See pic:

So after a few weeks i tried to add a couple of small bangais. They looked fine for three days and then quickly died. After another week, i added a little clown. Same thing. Three day ago i found a small powder blue (all diferent lfs) and added him. He was picking at everything for three days and on the fourth day he had tiny spots. I figured he was about to come down with ich. The next day he died and looked like this:

So I am confused about the fish already in the tank being so healthy and any new fish ending up looking like the powder blue. THe ammonia is 0 as well as the nitrites. The tanks has many acros and lps as well that are fine.
Thanks
