please help me out!

I have a 125 aggressive that i set up and im looking for food to feed i was told to go to the local groccey store and buy some mussles and clams so i bought some now how is the correct way of feeding these? do i open them throw the meat in? do i some how clean them so bactria doesnt get into my tank? can i buy alot take the meat out and freeze it? what do you guys do/ think?

I wouldn't just go and throw it in. I lost some nice fish from bacteria from store shellfish. I was told afterwords to freeze it first to kill the bacteria. Also, there is something with the clams, they need to by live.....not sure, but I'd stick to frozen and then thawed shrimp soaked in selcon for the majority of the meat. Calamari tentacles are great too.

For clams I throw them in (live) and my triggers go nuts trying to open them.
