Please Help Me Yellow Tang Sick!!

My yellow tang has been sitting in the corner recently, I noticed today he has red bloches on him!, I did a water change with no affect, my other fish are fine, but recently 2 of my butterflies died, and just now I was watching my tang and he got stuck to the filter intake and couldent get off, please someone help me!!

sounds like it might be a bacterial infection.

can you seperate him in a QT?

also, more info on the husbandry and fish history would help.

What are you feeding the tang? If you are not doing it, you should be putting in some Nori for it. I have fed mine Spectrum and started reducing the Nori. My yellow would get red splotches on it here and there. When I started with Spectrum that went away. Any time you keep tangs, you really need to keep a little Nori or live algae in there for it. If you do add the stuff and it is not eating, soak it in garlic juice, worked for me.
