Please help my Sailfin Tang

What is this? My first fish decease and not sure what to do. Tank has been going for 3 months or so and since this morning my Tang has been hiding behind the rocks and has gotten some spots. Whats up? :O

Just saw some spots further down on him that a much larger in diameter.

We can't tell anything without a better pic or a good description of the spots and fish's behavior. Some history of the fish is needed too. How long have you had him? When was last fish added to tank? Quarantined/ Appetite? tank size & tankmates? Water parameters? Etc.

We'd love to help you, but we'd need a better photo. How big is your tank? How long have you had the fish? What other fish are in there with him? Do you have a hospital/quarantine tank ready?

I have no quarantine tank unfortunately.

Tankmates:
3 clowns
bicolor emperor
Snowflake moray

The newest member was the moray a week or two ago.

No nitrit.
