Please HELP!!! Something wrong with the profilux digital power bar !!

Hi! I hope you can help me out with this one! I am trying many ways to fix it, but it still didn't work. So here is the problem. The power bar sometimes will shut down itself. I mean it's completely shut down without any light on the power bar. Then about 5 mins or so, I see the green light (pwn) is flashing on the power bar. After a while (about 30 sec), the red light and also others light are on in solid light including the Pwn green light, all my plugins on the power bar is back online with power again!! This situation happens many times a day in random. But sometimes after I connect with my computer to Profilux Plus II, this wired effect doesn't happen for a very long times. But sometimes when I connect with my computer to Profilux plus II and override the socket functions, it will completely shut down again. Of course, I wait about 5 mins or so, the power bar is back online to do what I want to override.

My 6 digital power bar connects with Profilux Plux II Ex.

My Profilux is using 5.11 firmware with Profilux control software 5.1.1.0 with Windows XP.

Here are what connected with my socket on power bar. 2 Aquaillumination LED light, one heater, one chiller, two pumps and the Profilux dozing pump x 4. I must say, everything is working perfect on time that I set, except if it's shut down right at my set time, it will not work at all. Also when the power bar is shut down, the Profilux is still running fine.

I had tried reset the Profilux back to factory setting, and it's still the same problem. Please help me with this wired problem.

Possible damaged VSL cable, contact your nearest vendor for a replacement.

But what is vsl cable? You mean the cable line connecting between the power bar and Profilux Plus II computer?

I had changed new cable on both connection, and it still didn't work.

Is there any way to reset the power bar? Like update the firmware? I just don't know why this is happening...
if the power bar is broken, it should not have any power at all. But funny thing is that the power bar shut down randomly... Sometimes, I was thinking that a virus was getting through from my computer... Anyways, I hope you can find the answer.

Where did you get the new VSL cable from?

Sounds like interference maybe near light ballast.
