Please help, weak clown

I just bought 2 clowns yesterday, and one of them seems weak. Keep swimming sideways in the tank near the water line.

I turned only the weakest powerhead on and turned everything else off so he doesn't get pushed around too much. Is there anything else I can do? I don't have a quarantine tank yet so he has to stay in my main. The other clown is swimming around like a champ, so nothing is wrong with my water parameters.

Is it eating at all? I know my perculas were like that and I had to shave frozen food for them for about a month. They still sleep like that 2 years later.

this morning I turned off all my powerhead and crush some flakes near where he was. He was mainly in the corner of my tank, so it was pretty easy to keep the food where he was swimming. After he had a few mouthful, he is now swimming all over my tank with the other clown. Man I thought I was going to lose one, but everything is ok now.
