Please help with Maxi Mini

So, I've had my maxi mini for a few months now. He has been doing great! Very sticky, eats well. Now, he's not looking too hot. At first, he looked like he was splitting which I know hasn't happened naturally in a tank yet. He hasn't lost any color at all. He was contracting a lot in his hole that he put his foot in. Mouth is opened and white. :( Last night he went on a move and put his foot down in a hole. Then this morning he let go and was upside down on the sand bed. :( The only thing I can think of is that the krill I fed him might have been bad. I was feeding him every other day a half a piece of krill. He was huge and healthy and now I don't think he's going to make it. I did add another powerhead into the tank and he was getting a little more flow but nothing to irritate him that much. He's still VERY sticky. Should I try feeding him something? Any opinions? My tank is almost 1 year old. Levels are ammonia/trites/trates-0 ppm
salinity- 1.026
Ca- 460
Mg- 1390
Alk- 7.7
Temp- 79-80

No, feeding a sick anemone is usually going to make it worse. Just keep your water clean, maybe do a water change "just cause" and hope he comes around. Good luck.
