Please help with the set up of 2-6100 and a wave box with multicontroller

ok so thats not a great option for the wavebox, as it cant go next to it due to it rotating, and it cant go below it due to it will shoot right into a wall of rocks, with that said it would have to go in a corner, so the real question is should i have the 6100 facing eachother "A & B", and the wave box on the oppiset side by its self "D"or should i have a 6100 on A and the WB on B and the other 6100 on D?
The wavebox really won't work very well in the corner in such a wide tank, it has to be in at least 6" from one end in a tank that wide, it doesn't need to be centered but in a corner you will not get a nice wave because of the width of your tank. You could place it on the opposite side if that works better.
Both Streams would be best in either the back corners or the front corners aimed toward the front or back center.

im confused do you mean in A & C or B & D, or do you mean A&B or C&D
how far away does the rocks in front of the wave box have to be? meaning if i put the wave box between the sea swirl and B , the output from the wave box will only have about 10-12" before it would hit my rocks, thus diverting flow down that side . and probably pounding the crap out of those rocks/corals.
BTW .that picture is a top view of my tank, the rock pile comes up to about 8" from the top of the tank can you send me the tech drawings of the box?

I used to think the rocks had to be some distance from the wavebox but now I have used one for a month and I have tried a few things and while rock right in front dampens the wave a bit, it does work. I don't have any technical drawings but I could email you a manual.

As for the pump layout, I gave you what is the generic ideal, when you get them just try several positions and see what works for you, they will work without the controller in the meantime.
