I don't think I've seen anybody ask about nor have I seen any posts on your Nitrate or Phosphate. From what I understand these are very important as well. Not only lighting..

I have .03 po4 and 25ppm nitrate so I didn't ask as my whole tank is very colorful.

its maily LPS and SPS, i do have 1 rock of zoo's and 4 ricordia's, i run carbon incase of toxns

Have you tried any aquacultured SPS? Stuff that is several generations old that have grown out in tanks. If you have, did they brown out?
Otherwise, it might just be due to the shock of shipping, system changes, etc....brown isn't dead. Color may return if you keep the system stable. With a small cube like yours, it makes it harder to keep your numbers in check.

i think i will look to up the flow, maybe swap one of my maxijet 1200's for a seio 1100 see if that helps. I think i should also look into getting a calcium reactor as well
