Please help

I have a clown fish that is hosting a bubble tip anemone. For the past couple of days, he is breathing really fast and lying on the anemone, not eating.

The bubble tip is not looking too good, had it for a month and turned mostly brown.

Is the anemone dying and releasing toxin? My other fishes are breathing faster too.

I tested the water and the parameter seems fine.

Nitrite 0
Nitrate 20
Temp 77
Salinity 1.024

I changed 10% water today and it is not helping. Should I remove the anemone?

I had one clownfish exhibit the same condition last week and it died.

Please someone help.

im not that sure. i would try calling live aquaria. they have helped me with most of my problems. im sure that someone would know what is wrong with your clowns. i would try to help but i dont want to tell you wrong. sorry
