Please ID. Looks like carpet algae

On the rock with my pipe organ coral there is a part on the rock thats kind of an emerald green color with light blue spots. Not sure what it is though....

Can any1 help ID

That as close as I can get. Its in the back of my 65. Lights were off and that was with a flash but the color is there.
It reminds me of green felt with spots. Just never seen it before at any shop or online.

Well if i had to guess i would think i may be a species of enrcusting gorg ? but hard to say with certainty. Asides from the smooth surface any other details like..... small polyps, wierd dots/bumps ? framwork/structure ? some more info would definately help ! or a better/larger pic too !
