Can someone tell me what species of anemone this is?

Perhaps you can post an image of the column. What color is the column and does it have little white bumps (verrucae)?

Can't go by the tentacles... Look at other characteristics like mouth foot colors patterns etc. if I would have to guess with photo bta...

the guy who sold me the anemone told me it was BTA but i thought it might be wrong since it does not have the bubbles on the tips. The picture does not show the color good enough, it is green and the tips are pink/purple. I have not seen it's mouth since it decided to move to the back of the rock:angryfire:

You can't ID bubble tipped anemones based on whether or not they have bubbles on their tips. Alot of times bta's do not exhibit the bubble shaped tentacles which give them their name.

I found this picture in the thread "BTA colors" here on RC and it's identical to mine. So it must be a BTA

This picture does not belong to me, I took it from the thread "BTA colors" and the owner is mnchartier

My BTA is that same color. It never bubbles anymore but it did when I first got it. It was pretty bleached then. It colored up beautifully and now looks just like that picture.
