they are flatwoorms dont do no harm unless you are overtaken with them i got a 6 line wrasse he eats then like they are candy
 
if they bother you, just use some flatworm exix. That will get rid of them. Read the instructions carefully though and have carbon on-hand. It is reef safe but the dead flatworks can be toxic.
 
I'm not convinced these are worms. Get a close up shot of one of them in a shallow dish of water looking down from the top. The bottom of the foot view isn't terribly useful and the other view isn't clear enough to see anything.

This is a little bit difficult because , despite the fact that are very small when i touch them to pull them out , they turn into a very small dot
 
In my experience flatworms are much "flatter", nearly wide as they are long and nearly transparent. I'm not for sure what your little guys are.
