Please ID this SPS

This coral I can not ID. It had strange growth. The color is biegish with white growth tips and blue polyps. The base has not expanded much. The tips have grown about 2 inches. The weird thing is the center or base of the coral thickens up. You can tell this is happening because it turns from the beigish color to white and developed really small blue polyps. Most of the PE happens at night. It is also prone to red bugs. I had a small infestation with this coral a few month ago. It has since been resolved. Thanks.

What is going on in the center of the colony?

It is weird. The center whites up and develops small blue polyps. The only thing I can think of it is new growth that is thickening the center section. The white areas come and go, and always turn back to the original coral color.
