i cant take picture because to little. they are little white hairy bubble with a hole in the middle like cacoons.does any body know what they are. they are attached to the rockes

im not for sure but i have white stuff on my LR to they said it was just a sponge, i also have lime green to, it could be that, if it looks a little like cotton,
