Please recommend ATO pump.

Right now I'm using a Tom Aquatics pump for my JBJ 28 Nanocube but it doesn't pump fast enough so the float is constantly fluctuating making the pump turn off/on many times.

What I'm looking for is something that will pump faster and very slightly overfill my two return chambers past the fill mark so that the water won't immediately fluctuate low enough to be constantly tripping my ATO.

One pump I'm looking at is the sicce syncra 90gph for around $20. Do you guys have any other recommendations in that price range? I'm just worried that I will wear out my reef keeper pc4 outlets with this constant on/off cycling. Thanks.

It would be a lot easier if they just made these floats sensitivity adjustable so that it needs to travel further down to trip the ATO.

Slow is better. Go with a peristaltic and it opens up kalk in your ATO. I have the Avast system that doesn't use a float.

My TOM is only a few months old but I also have an avast Marine pump that is exactly like the TOM but a little stronger from my old tank that I will hook up.

Frog... What type of sensor does yours use? I would love something where I can do a high and low water level trip.

Do you know if reefkeeper can be programmed with something similar to hysteresis on apex or the equivalent of switch debouncing?

Another pump option is tunze ato pump. You can get one on eBay. If you use a 12v power supply, it will pump water really fast.

I run the aqualifter on my ATO and that flows through my avast kalk stirrer/reactor.

On and off slow is what you want

The Avast system uses a pressure tube connected to a simple power box. Just plug in any pump. Peristaltic is nice because it just drip adds so if something goes wrong it takes hours to add a gallon. Works really well with kalk.
