Please recommend lighting for a 20L

Does anyone have any experience with this PC lighting? (Coralife 24 Inch Aqualight With 1-65W Actinic / 1-65W 10,000K Lamp Straight Pin Base (with fans)

1) Is this any good?
2) Is there some sort of a "hinge" system in which you wouldn't have to lift the entire light in order to get access to the tank?
3) Are there any similar PC lights that might be less expensive?

It's a little more but includes the lunar lights. I have heard that Coralife products aren't the highest quality but I am going to give it a try.

A friend of mine uses one and he likes it. I think they come with legs that allows it to stand on the tank rim. Also it can be suspended. I would suspend it if it were me.
