Please suggest 1 "wow" fish

Yellow Coris Wrasse is a great fish, adult coloration is fantastic, same with Mystery Wrasse. There are definitely some nice smallish tangs you can add as well.

LOZ mentioned something about getting a fish bigger than the clowns .... Agree for sure . I just moved them and they don't seem territorial yet.... They are a mating pair and I can see that they seem a bit lost since the rocks were moved.

I might go for the wrasse or tang...but the damsel got me
 
Get a damsel and a sixline wrasse. You don't have any timid fish, so you can have two little colorful bullies. Between a starcki, a sixline, and the clowns, you would have pretty much the whole color spectrum. That would be a very cool tank.

are you sure it's not a lightning maroon? the face looks an awful lot like a premnas, not an amphiprion.
 
Why not add some Copepods leave them in the tank for a few weeks and then buy a mandarin! Now that's a affordable wow factor! Won't mess with your corals, easy to keep has long has u have pods you can also train then to eat frozen!

Yea only lightning I know of is the maroon.

I'd second the wrasses. Some flashers and fairy wrasses would be awesome in that tank.
 
I would avoid the dwarf angels. I've had an Eibli for over eight years, and while not feasting on the corals he routinely picks at the open brain corals and the clam mantles to the point that I can't keep any Trachyphyllia. I would remove him in a heartbeat if I could get him out without upending everything else. I've had a starcki damsel for over eight years. Minimally territorial, eats everything, very hardy, and gives tank newbies a hard time for only a day. He's survived three tank transfers in that period of time. Wrasses are good. The flashers and fairy wrasses as a male and two females make a great display. I would not knowingly put a troublesome fish such as a six-line wrasse into a DT early on. It limits your freedom after that. Act in haste repent in leasure.
 
My Salon and Red Fairy Wrasses get along with my Black Cap Basslet, and all three put on an active, colorful show at an affordable price, courtesy my LFS.
 
Well worked for me! Had 1 for 2 year until about a month ago when I broke my system down to up grade to 220 gallon!
 
I definitely agree that the best bang for your buck would be with a reef-safe wrasse, and there are plenty to choose from! They have beautiful colors and markings while being very active. The Melanarus eats some "critters" but I haven't had a problem with him and inverts. A lot of action out of him and a good looking guy. The flasher wrasses puts on great shows. My yellow tail will fly around the tank with his fins opened up and dancing around the tank. They are great fish.
 
I think a marine betta would do fine with those fish.

Or you could go the eel route.
Fuzzy dwarf lions are also cool.

I want to thank everyone who responded. I'm looking at 6 different fish...not going to rush it.

I really want a stunning clam also. Can someone suggest one ( maxima?..love blue), but more importantly, where online to buy a couple? I am sooooo limited in finding a LF S
