Plumbing a 125 gallon tank

I am working on setting up a 125 gallon tank.

I am trying to figure out how I want to setup my return pump plumbing. I was thinking of using a pump that I already have as the return. It is a Pan-World NH 100PX-X Rated for a max flow of 1270gph and a max head of 13ft. The pump would sit in the stand below the tank with the sump and a refugium.

I am wondering if this pump is powerful enough to not only return the water from the sump back to the tank, but run a manifold for my GFO and Carbon reactors. I was also thinking of using this pump to push water to a refugium which is located in the stand also.

The goal is fewer small pumps to maintain and manage.

Is this pump strong enough to do all that or do I need to look at a larger pump?

That pump will work fine. I had it on a 120 with 2 media reactors, fuge, and a return manifold with 4 Nozzles in the tank.

I was thinking of doing that, but was thinking that I might not have enough water movement and then I would end up having to add a pump to the fuge. Do you think that I can get enough water movement from just a gravity feed from the overflows that I won't need a circulation pump in the fuge?

All depends on diameter of hose that your using and hight of 125 over the fuge.

You would get a lot of water with a 1" diam hose
