I am adding another tank and connecting to the sump of my 220 and had some questions.
I am going to add another external pump for the new tank and want to tee it in to the sump with at the same connection point as the existing pump. I am thinking that the 1" bulkhead and line will need to be enlarged to add the additional pump and was thinking I should go to a 1.5" bulkhead and then tee off to two 1" lines.
If this is not neccesary please let me know as I am nervous about taking the system down and redrilling the 75 sump bulkhead hole with a dremel. and if something goes wrong ******
I picked up some diamond bits at harbor freight in preperation for the job and have done a little research on this but most said this is a pain.
looking for suggestions from people who have tried drilling tanks.
