Plumbing plans constructive criticism welcome

This is my plan no hole have been drilled yet so it can be changed. This a 40g breeder tank so only 36"X18"X16". I will be going over the top for the return from sump. One hole will be feeding the skimmer area and the other will feed the fuge. All 1" bulkhead except the drain to the external pump. The return for the external will be a bar in the back with two outlets with double loc-line exits 3/4". Let me know what you think.

looks fine---seems like a lot of flow for a 45

I'd think about a larger cl return to reduce piping friction, also instead of splitting the line after the bulkhead inside the tank, add another bulkhead for the CL return and split the return in the external piping IMO

The plumbing to the bulkhead will be 1 1/4" then reduce to 1" for the Bhead. I see what you are saying about adding another Bhead might do that on the opposite side. would look a lot better on the inside for sure. With the Pan world and the friction loss that I have calculated it would reduce the pump to about 1200gph which is about 26X turnover. I would like to keep some SPS in this tank as well but will be limited to higher light corals as I will have a 4X39w T5 retro about 4" off the water and at only14" deep(2" sandbed) I dont think I will beable to keep lower light corals unless I make caves to put them into. What do you think.
