Agreed. So much easier for me as the ID and OD always confusese me. At least at Home Depot, and I visual everything and do some dry fitting. Bulkheads is another story, as HD or Lowes don't carry them...not to my knowledge anyway.

:thumbsup: The only place I buy spaflex, unions, ball valves, bulkheads, specialty parts, etc. I use the local Lowes for just normal PVC and misc parts, but the items I listed earlier are absolute garbage there. Lowes ball valves are horrendous and extremely prone to locking up and breaking.
 
My local Ace Hardware store has a lot more selection than HD or Lowes. Sometimes use a local plumbing speciality store as well. They can also give advice on how to get from "here to there" that mail order or internet service cannot .
