Is this an ok MH bulb?

Some guy here in Dallas is selling a 20k 175w PlusRite Brand bulb for 25$ and I am just wanting to know if it is total crap or if it will work ok.

i got some of these bulbs (10K) on ebay for really cheap. 15$ each if i remember correctly. they work fine i guess. i dont have a par meter, but the color was what i expected.

I have 2 14,000K bulbs ($21 each with $7 shipping). I really like them. I don't have a light meter so I can't speak for the PAR, but I have noticed significant growth of my Acros and Montiporas since I added them. My Monti cap has grown a good 1/2" in 3 months.

I tried (2) 14K 250W SE bulbs back in Feb. They looked like my 14K Hamiltons, but after a month my corals didn't seam to really like them. They weren't always opened like they previously were. So I switched back to my old 10K XM, which my corals always liked.

Now I was running a M58 Magnetic ballast, maybe on an electronic ballast they would be better.
