PM2 I'm confuse about salinity vs conductivity

I did all the calibration, and I'm getting a reading of 40.5 @ 70.5 @ 1.023 of salinity. Is this mean from now on the 40.5 is my base for my salinity, I mean if it is going up my salinity is?

Tell if I'm wrong.

If you calibrated the probe (and it sounds like you did) then a reading of 40.5 represents a salinity of 1.0305. There is a table in the back of the manual and I also have 1 on my website here: http://www.kenargo.com/calculators/ppt2sg.php
