PM's -mailbox full

A message keeps appearing telling me that I need to delete some PM's, but I have already deleted them all. Anyone know how I can convince the computer that my PM mailbox is NOT full?

Click "go read"on the the left hand side of the page on the reefcentral home page this takes you to your inbox. After you have cleaned out anything that you don't need then go to the top right hand corner of that page and on the JUMP TO FOLDER scroll down to sent items. Delete any of these that you want and you should have plenty of room. If you cant understand the way that I wrote it maybe somebody else can explain it better. HTH, Tim

make sure to clean out the sent emails too, thats what usually causes the problems
