PO4 spike

So my PO4 spiked to 5.0. The only thing I can think of its one of the new coral/fish foods I'm using.(only thing that has changed) Does anyone know anything about how much these 2 foods could be adding? This has happened within the past week or so. I have done 2 water changes in the past 2 days to try and bring it down and I'm running a GFO reactor so hopefully it starts heading south. Here's links to what the new foods are.

Both of those will definitely increase nutrients, considering a large proportion of what you feed probably doesn't get consumed. Cut back significantly - or stop for a few weeks - and see if that results in a positive change.

5 ppm of phosphate is very high. I wonder about the kit accuracy. Any fish food is going to have a lot of phosphate in it. The Marine Snow is very dilute, if it hasn't been changed recently, so it's less of an issue, but it'll add phosphate, too. Pretty much any nutritious food will have a lot of phosphate in it.

How much of the fish food was added per day?
