Poci mini colony loses color in one day...

Hey guys, I have a poci frag that had been doing extraordinarily well the last few months; it was growing (showed white tips) and the polyps had recovered an area of skeleton where the previous reefer had left it in the sand.

I left work yesterday and it looked normal. I got home 12 hours later (last night) and it looks like this as it does now:

Is this the start of STN or am I making a deal of nothing? The polyps at the base are out but look extra white. The polyps at the top (that get direct light) are mostly retracted, which makes me think that's what led to the color loss right?

I added a number of new pieces of coral last week but my SPS has been thriving and the only corals having a problem are some blue xenia and a frag of sunny d zoos (I think I may have run too much GFO a week ago)

Thank you all for looking!!

Just a bump as almost a week has passed and my poci still looks the same. Yesterday I did a 20% water change and started running carbon in my reactor; I remembered that I moved my toadstool and I've heard they can release toxins when they get irritated that really bother SPS.

Polyp extension is still about 50%, though at times they completely retract. Checked Nitrates and Phospates (Salifert - 0) and my Calc and Alk are both within normal range (Red Sea - 415 and 7 dkh)

Does anyone have any ideas?
