pocillopora question

so the word on the street that this SPS is almost a nuisance in some tanks but it's the only one that's not doing well in my tank what could I possibly be doing wrong? parameters are in check read the signature. i run an LED but everything else is doing just great it's about lower one third in the tank could it possibly be is not getting enough light?

My brother had both rainbow and green pocci do well in his tank and he had it about halfway to 2/3 up in a 24" tall tank, lit by chinese blackbox LEDs that were a few inches off the top at 30-40% white and 80% blue. It had started to spawn in his tank a month or so before he tore it down.....just started seeing little pieces of Pocci growing in random spots in the tank.

That's the problem with it...I would never add them to any of my tanks again

yah they spread by dropping little pieces that float around and re-attach.....then again I have had some zoas and palys do the same but nearly as much as pocci.

For care it also really seemed to like random flow, as does most SPS
