Pocket backup / spare?

I love my D90 but my pocket camera broke and I am looking for a quality camera I can fit in a pocket / small style. Any thoughts on some to look into?

Canon G11/12

Apparently now Nikon has a similar offering but they didn't use to. It's a great little camera that still allows you to take full manual control if you'd like. It also shoots RAW.

If you can find a used one, the Pentax Optio W60 was my choice for a pocket camera. Waterproof to 13 feet, I dunk it in aquariums to get in-tank images when I want, and it has macro ability from 1 cm away.

S90 (or I think they have an S95 now) Canon. Pretty dang small, shoots RAW. Basically the same inners as the G series Doug mentioned but smaller in size.

The S95 is hard to beat for convenience. It shoots raw and actually fits in a pocket. The G12 is a better camera, but the only way it fits in my pocket is if I'm wearing cargo shorts.

If I could only have one camera, I'd go with the G12. But having a dslr, pairing it with the very small, very capable S95 works for me.
