Ok, I don't know what I'm doing wrong with my mailbox, but I'm clearly not doing something right. I moved messages out of the inbox and saved them in different folders, I did the same with the sent box. Any help would be appreciated to those more technologiclly challenged

...um...I've never used other folders, but from what I've seen so far it doesn't matter WHAT folder it's in..you have a set amount of TOTAL space. I usually forget about the "Sent" folder and have to remember to go back in and delete those. I imagine any custom folders would work the same way.

...You need to delete them, or use "Backup" and it will email it to you..THEN delete it from RC.

There's a button at the bottom of your "View All Private Messages" screen that says "Backup". Any email you check will be sent to your registered email address with RC. Once you get the email(s) you can delete them from your PM.

Michelle..I want to get this RO to you. I don't think I ever replied to your PM about meeting instead of shipping because of your full PM box....

I'll be working in Macungie on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I have obligations after work so I would ether have to meet around 4pm or if your husband works until 5pm I might be able to swing by and drop it off. I don't have time on Wednesday but on Tuesday and Thursday I only need to be in Leesport by 5:45 so I have about 30 minutes to kill (provided traffic is OK).

Let me know...I've been keeping the unit in my car so I can either meet or ship.
