pods

I just got a yellow long nose butterfly and I was wondering if I could get some pods from somewhere. Online? LFS? I wouldn't mind peppering my tank full of those little guys so the butterfly has a morsel at any moment between feedings.

Sorry guys, I didn't realize that someone posted the same thing. Which I guess would go to show that they are in demand. I guess if someone wanted to start being a pod farmer they could turn into everyones best friend.

I was at Aquatic Treasures this weekend and he had something called reef Pods or something sitting on the counter. it looked more like phyot plankton, and we didn't see any pods but...........i didn't ask him what it was either.

On a side note he had a hermit crab that was about as big as a cantalope.

Okay, two things, first you might have thought of pods before you bought the fish. Second dont waste your money on pods in a bottle. Get a friend who has a handful of cheato and put a fresh clump in your sump and it will have more pods than any bottle.

Your tank is probably already full of them if its been up for a while. I wouldnt sweat it.

I did think of pods before I bought the fish, they were all over the place, 3 days later there were none to see. I realize that he was hunting non-stop for them and it would have been impossible to find and eat all of them. The next day I found him dead anyway stupid butterflies Scott Michaels said it was a hardy fish. I may have just received a bad one with something already wrong when I got it. I am going to try my hand at QT again. And try till I get it right. I may still lose just as many fish, but at least once they are in the tank they wont be infecting any healthy fish.
